By accessing this website or requesting services from East San Gabriel Tree Service ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. East San Gabriel Tree Service provides residential and commercial tree services in the San Gabriel Valley area of California, including but not limited to tree removal, tree trimming, tree pruning, stump grinding, stump removal, land clearing, emergency tree service, and commercial tree service. The availability and scope of any specific service is subject to the Company's assessment of site conditions, permit requirements, safety considerations, and scheduling capacity.
All estimates provided by East San Gabriel Tree Service are based on a visual inspection of the property and the information available at the time of the estimate. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in writing.
Final pricing may differ from the estimate if site conditions change, if additional hazards are discovered during work, or if the scope of work changes at the customer's request. Any changes to scope or price will be communicated to the customer before additional work proceeds.
Free estimates are offered as a courtesy and do not create any obligation on the part of the customer or the Company.
Service appointments are scheduled based on crew availability. We will confirm your appointment date and provide an estimated arrival window. If we need to reschedule due to weather, equipment issues, or other circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible and work with you to find an alternative date.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance whenever possible. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee to cover mobilization costs, particularly for larger or complex jobs.
Payment is due upon completion of work unless other arrangements have been made in writing prior to the start of a job. We accept cash, check, and major credit and debit cards. For larger projects, a deposit may be required before work begins; this will be stated clearly in the written estimate or contract.
Accounts that remain unpaid for more than 30 days following completion of work may be subject to a late payment fee and referred to collections. The customer is responsible for any collection costs incurred.
Some tree work - particularly the removal of large, protected, or heritage trees - may require permits from the City of San Gabriel, Los Angeles County, or another governing authority before work can begin. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that any required permits are obtained, though we will advise customers on permit requirements we are aware of during the estimate process and can assist with applications where possible.
The Company will not begin work on any job where a permit is known to be required but has not been secured.
We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, contact us within 7 days of job completion and we will review the concern promptly.
Tree care involves working with living organisms and unpredictable site conditions. We make no warranty, express or implied, that any tree will survive or thrive following trimming, pruning, or other services. Trees that are diseased, structurally compromised, or under environmental stress may decline despite proper care.
Our website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, East San Gabriel Tree Service shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or from the performance of services, including but not limited to property damage, loss of use, or personal injury, except where caused by our own negligence or willful misconduct.
Our total liability to any customer for any claim arising from services performed shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
East San Gabriel Tree Service maintains general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. Proof of insurance is available upon request prior to the start of any job. Customers are encouraged to request and review our certificate of insurance before work begins.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
